A decision of the Supreme Court of NSW handed down late last month has important ramifications for unit owners in defective buildings Australia wide.   It is estimated that 85% of unit complexes in the country are defective in some way – a number are structural, some are more minor. Our expert Michael Teys lays out the facts.
